A Year of Campaigns: 2012's Best Fashion Ads

After a whole year of cutting-edge fashion campaigns, retro style flashbacks and iconizing photographs, MyDROBE has selected some of the best fashion campaign photos that perfectly snapshot this past year. Whether the designs were flirtatiously feminine or daringly androgynous, we think these ad campaigns dazzled a little brighter than all the rest.

Model Julia Nobis rocks this streamlined look from Saint Laurent Paris, complete with dangerously high stilettos and an ultra-chic floppy hat.

It's the oh-so-beautiful Kate Moss... which is reason enough for this shot to make the "Best of 2012." With the simple black tee and the studded white sandals, these photograph is simply stunning.

Fun, daring and stylishly punk - this ad campaign from Jean Paul Gaultier totally rocks. The overload of geometric designs and the cameo-appearance by Boy George makes this ad soar to the top.

Who could have thought that a glamorous evening-gown look could make so much sense on a sun-kissed shoreline? This pretty-in-pink ad by Donna Karan just takes our breath away.

Not only can we not get enough of this post-mod dress, but we can't get enough of this photograph from Marc Jacobs either.

Speaking of post-mod, this ad campaign from Louis Vuitton is as good of a flashback as any. With its nod to the 1960s fashion aesthetic, this photograph makes us want to rock a beehive and two-piece dress suit.

With Style,
Your MyDROBE Team
