This season's most high-profile parties are among us, so we think it's about time that we nod our heads to some of the beautiful dresses that we've seen, from Diane Kruger's delicate sheer frock to Anne Hathaway's dominatrix revival gown. Some notable parties that have taken place these past few weeks include the Museum of Modern Art's fifth annual Film Benefit and the Lés Miserables film premiere in New York City. Whatever the party, though, we were blown away by the glam, the beauty and the overwhelming exhibition of each woman's own personal style.

Diane Kruger wears a sheer gown with white detailing and Anne Hathaway salutes a gothic-inspired aesthetic, complete with knee-high leather boots and sultry red lips. Georgina Chapman rocks a short-and-sweet black lace mini dress while Amanda Seyfriend opts for a full-beaded gold bodice with a gold-plated belt.
